| Introduction | Although I had learned and baked in school and at home I had never decorated a cake and was always fascinated by the process. Early 2005 I had the opportunity to do an introductory cake decorating course. Needless to say; I was hooked very quickly. Later that year I enrolled and completed a two-year City and Guild Cake Decorating Certificate course. And so, my career as a cake designer began. |
