| Introduction | I was born in Hamburg/Germany in 1977. Between 1980-1984 I lived in Rio de Janeiro/Brasil. Afterwards I lived again in Hamburg, going to school and studying Tibetology and Indology at Hamburg University under the guidance of Prof. David Jackson. I met my teacher Sogyal Rinpoche in 2000 and have been following his teachings since then. In 2006 I began to study at a traditional Buddhist Scriptual College (Shedra) in Nepal as well as partially participating in a 3 Year Retreat in Lerab Ling, conducted by Sogyal Rinpoche. I aspire to become a translator for Tibetan Buddhism. |
