| Introduction | What is the deal with $2.11? Well, one particular morning I was in a particularly foul mood while waiting for coffee in a particularly long drive-thru line. When I got to the window, I found out that the person in front of me had purchased my coffee for me. She spent $2.11 on a stranger--and it made my day. "Kristine's $2.11" is a place for reflecting on the good, sorting through the bad, and remembering that it doesn't take much to bring about amazing change in the life of a stranger. |
