| Introduction | I am a retired British citizen living in Orihuela Costa, Spain. I decided to start my own private blog with the hope of reaching at least a few people who are interested in what happens in Orihuela Costa and who are eager to see a bright future for the area. I make no apology for being politically motivated. I am a member of the PSOE (Partido Socialista Obrero Español). I am proud to be a candidate on the PSOE list in the municipal elections on Sunday 22nd May, 2011, along with other familiar faces representing Orihuela Costa & the pedania of Entre Naranjos: Rosa Martinéz, Francisco Javier & Sarah Hill; the list is headed by our PSOE mayoral candidate, Antonia Morena Ruiz. The PSOE slogan for the May elections is "va a ser que si!" "it´s going to be yes!"
