| Introduction | Hi! I'm a GCSE student in the UK of Indian origin, and I am proud to be so! I love and adore most things if not everything about my 'Bharat' (Authentic, original name of India). I've lived in Britain since birth, and since the tender age of 7 visit India once a year or so. To keep my tradition alive in Britain, I do lots of things to keep me as 'desi' as possible. For example, I do North Indian Classical Vocal Music (what a mouth full), Sanskrit and stick to my eternal religion Hinduism. So yeah, there's me. Apart from this seen as though I do live in Britain, I do celebrate and genuinely love Christmas, Easter and so on. |
