| Introduction | I started my quilting journey here in Austin, TX. I started out with a quilting class making the "Farmer's Wife" Quilt. At that point I was all about floral and reproduction Civil War fabric. My journey continued when I joined the Austin Modern Quilt Guild. I learned to appreciate a more modern aesthetic. I later went on to become president of the group for a year and attended QuiltCon during that time.
