Introduction	Though I've struggled with body image issues and an unhealthy relationship with food like most other girls in this consumer-driven nation, this blog is about a really fun hobby. It doesn't mean the world to me, but it makes me a little happier every day to make a new dish and write about it, and it makes me even happier to share it with people who care about such things, too. I am currently working as a legal secretary for a corporate law firm, but am applying to graduate school for Psychology. I'm sure many of you have also experienced the uncertainty that comes along with the years following graduation from college, which leads us to pick up funky hobbies that allow us to express ourselves in some way. [I tried trapeze but apparently I'm too uncoordinated, so food it is.] I'm a cynical hedonist, who enjoys the hell out of life but still knows how to complain when it's warranted. And that's about that.
