| Introduction | I am a mother or three adult children, grandmother great grandmother, and great-great grandmother. I have been married, divorced, remarried, and then widowed. I am married Harold Collins Bowers, II (Collie). We moved to Tucson 4 years ago during COVID from Salt Lake City. We live with our dog Red, and two cats, Abby a female tortoise and CB, a male gray tabby, In 2017, I ran for Congress in Utah’s 4th Congressional District as a Democrat. I withdrew and supported Ben McAdams who won by about 100 votes. I have founded three companies. My final gig before retiring in my late 70’s was as a marketing consultant to Alliance Association Bank, a subsidiary of Western Alliance Bank of Phoenix, helping to increase their UT portfolio by millions. I backpacked the John Muir Trail, I spent a month in Alaska, three weeks in South America, and two weeks in Niger, Africa, camping with the nomadic tribes. My husband and I returned to Niger for a medical mission. We have traveled to Tanzania for a safari and Rwanda for a visit with a mountain gorilla family. We have visited China, Tibet, and Cambodia and cruised the Danube River from Budapest to Amsterdam. |
