Introduction	The mid-70s are a surprise! Part of me remains in the 50s -- age, I mean, not decade of 20th century. It's a joy ride, new experiences land in my lap and I've become a better quilter, poet, writer than I expected. It's a rich life for a person never rich financially. Hey, this is what the mid-70s are like!
Interests	Writing of many sorts, drama, poetry, nonfiction, fiction, quilting, traveling, reading, music, and a magazine-information junkie.
Favorite movies	Mostly European like Bergman and Fellini, Himalaya, The Cup, The Lord of the Rings, the first Pink Panther, Kenneth Bragnah's Shakespeare movies.
Favorite music	From Pretorious to Phillip Glass with a long pause for Bach, Beethovan, Schubert, Verdi, Chopin and lots of others even including some Elvis & Beattles.
Favorite books	Again, from the Greeks to living poets. Fewer American and more worldwide fiction, vast assortment of nonfiction.

Your bow is not broken but you've run out of arrows. How can you fake being a bard?

Bards sing and recite poetry. If there is an instrument it's a lute. Bows and arrows are for Cupid, and Bhutanese or Mongolian archers.
