Introduction Check out my website! Click here My name is Josephine and I am a Professional Chef. I starting cooking 6 years ago when I graduated from Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Arizona. I cooked in the San Diego area for a year. I moved back to Seattle where I have cooked for Tom Douglas at Lola, Holy Smith at Cafe Juanita and currently I am a catering chef at the Seattle Art Musuem. I worked at Summerrun Organic Farms for the summer. Here I learned about planting,harvesting,weeding and managing a organic farm. My primary goal is to provide food prepared with local, organic food as much as possible. Would you like to have a dinner party without having to plan a menu and cook? This is where I come in. I will plan the menu, cook and clean in the comfort of your own home. I am available to cook for parties up to 20 people. Dinner parties, business luncheons, wedding showers, holiday parties. I am also available to teach cooking classes. We can start from the basics if you like or if you would like to jump right in on how to cook Black Cod we can do that to!
