Introduction I was born in Michigan, USA. I earned an English Major with Creative Writing Emphasis and teacher certification from Western Michigan University. I've taught creative writing to both children and adults in the U.S and Australia, as well as online at Writer’s Online Workshops. In 2001, I was recognized by WMU as one of eleven notable Alumni for achievements in creative writing . Interested in mt mother’s country of birth, I came to Australia in 1981 where I now live with my husband and pets. I have a grown son and daughter who make me very proud. I've freelanced for many magazines and newspapers and was staff writer for Australian Runner Magazine for several years. My website, Moonspinners Writer’s Page, was voted one of the ‘101 Best Sites, 2006’ by Writer’s Digest Magazine. It's meant to provide help and support for all creative writers. I also write hot erotic romances under the pseudonym, Ainsley Abbott. Besides writing and working with my labradors, I like swimming and challenging video games. I love the sea, rip roarin’ thunderstorms, April Fools Day and good read. Leave me a comment as I'd love to hear from you!
