| Introduction | I was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes 15 days after I graduated from high school, and I started this blog to explain to the world (the whole world reads this blog) that living with diabetes is NOT difficult. When I first got diagnosed, somebody told me it was "just like putting on your glasses every day." Two weeks after my diagnosis, that sounded like the biggest load of horsepoo I'd ever heard. 12 years later, it's absolutely the truth. I live a normal happy life, just with some extra precautions! I'm also here to dispel myths. I CAN eat cookies and ice cream. |
