| Introduction | I am now in the 60-65 years of age category check box on most applications. Hard to believe that I am in my sixth decade of life. Whatever time I have left here on planet Earth, will be days in which I have no other choice but to dedicate every waking and sleeping moment to feeling good and healthy, through mindful eating, exercise, and spirituality that will see body and soul well into my Wonder Years; like, "I wonder where I put my glasses?" :) |
