| Introduction | Been writing and cooking since my early teens, but my love of cooking began with my late (Tobago-born) grandmother Winifred Joseph. I'm Mom to a headstrong 20-something daughter. Former magazine writer and copywriter (that's enjoying her stint as an Associate Editor at one of our local dailies). I should add that I'm also a happy homemaker and a silly jokester that loves to talk nonsense just to make people laugh. (Comic relief, anyone?) Completed my first cookbook called "What We Eating" and answering that question as best as I can each time I step into my kitchen to prepare a meal. |
