Introduction	Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Paul grew up in the suburb of Richfield. Upon graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Army. After he was Honorably Discharged, he returned to Minnesota to become a musician with a local rock band. He headed west for a career in law enforcement and retired as a sergeant after nearly 30 years with a Southern California municipal agency. Formal Education: Masters degree in Organizational Management, a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and an Associates degree in Law Enforcement. California POST certified instructor in Racial Profiling, Tactical Communication/Verbal Judo, Report Writing and Police Motorcycle Operations. Currently an instructor for the National Traffic Safety Institute (NTSI) and Ron Laursen's, Kids N Crime
Interests	Paul is a current member of: Orange County Traffic Officers Association, Orange County Peace Officers Association, Garden Grove Police Association, Lifetime Member of the 545th Military Police Company Association, LifeTime Member of the 1st Cavalry Association, Star Touring M/C Club [Chapter 230], Gold Star Family Member, Charlie Company 2/8 1st Cav. Div. Family Member and the Navy's Reserve Officer Association.
Favorite Music	Favorite group(s): Butch Greaser and the Hoods, Delcounts out of Minneapolis, MN. Temptations, Motown artists, stuff from the 60's, 70', etc. Eagles, Beatles, Knudsen Brothers (now known as Six), I enjoy all music.
