| Introduction | Lydia Hand is an entrepreneur, stunt woman/actress, professional SCUBA diver and competitive fighter based in New Orleans. Her titles include ICMAC Heavyweight World Champion, Title National Boxing Silver Medalist, and Louisiana State Golden Gloves Champion. She graduated from Tulane University class of 2013, Summa Cum Laude with departmental honors in Economics. She co-owns GOW Martial Arts, a small New Orleans based dojo.
