| Introduction | I've been involved in the Jersey honorary system in one way or another for more than 30 years. I know with certainty how it benefits the people of this island and I believe we should do all we can to keep it vibrant. Option A in the forthcoming referendum severs all direct parish links with the States for 11 of our 12 parishes. Only St Helier will have direct representation through its 2 new districts. I believe this could damage our Parish system beyond repair. I'M CHOOSING OPTION B |
