| Introduction | My career was in Human Resources, as Manager for a company in Aerospace, and Director for a Healthcare company. Both were United States wide companies. I wrote policies and procedures, the company handbooks, job descriptions, handled company benefits, and did some hiring and firing. Before that I was an airline hostess. I have a degree in Psychology/Sociology and a minor in Philosophy. My son and my two grandchildren live locally. I am a gentle soul. I live with my two kitties, Joey and Timmy, at the base of the Palos Verdes Hill. I am now a part time companion to the elderly, but after I retired I did some volunteer work for the Palos Verdes Peninsula Library, and sold jewelry. But one job I had was as a mystery shopper. It taught me what to look for in good customer service, and fell in line with my desire to help people understand what is right and what is wrong, to have moral values. |
