About me

Introduction	I was born and raised in Bar Harbor, Maine. Moved to Nova Scotia to study conservation biology and have been travelling ever since! I'm Currently studying Ashtanga and Hatha yoga at The Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto, Ontario to become a certified instructor. My partner in crime and best friend Dave and I live in the smallest apartment you can think of. But it's not too small for meditating! Dog walking puts bread on our table and my exubarent knitting habit keeps socks on our feet.
