Introduction	I've been living in Chicago since yr 2000, I moved to US from Poland. My home town was located not far away from Krakow. I always liked to cook and entertain, but living here, in Chicago let me experience and learn so much more. Polish kitchen is very plain, we do have a lot of great recipes, but it's just not the same. I love to cook, bake, tweak other recipes, or even come out with my own. I love photography, and I am learning how to take better food pictures. In general I am very creative , making scrapbooks, jewelry, flower arrangements... I just love crafts... I got married in September to a great man, he is an art director, he's helping me with my Photoshop skills. I love cookbooks, I read them before I go to bed, and I am addicted to Food Network - only on the weekends. There's always something new to learn... Anyway, life is great! Eat, drink and enjoy! PS. Please forgive my writing errors in this blog, but I am still working on my second language. Speaking is much easier than writing :)
