Introduction	Phil and Alisha met in college, and they quickly connected over their passion for missions. Phil grew up as a Missionary Kid in Indonesia and Singapore and Alisha's grandparents were missionaries in South America. They have always believed that they would eventually end up overseas at some point in their lives together. In their ten years of marriage, they have been blessed with two wonderful sons, N (7) and Z (5). Phil has worked as a software engineer and is a budding entrepreneur having launched a modest keyboard business. He can often be found developing software or teaching his boys basic engineering. Alisha has a passion for education and social justice, and spends a lot of her time running their household and homeschooling their sons. She enjoys volunteering and can often be found with her nose in a book. They are excited to see where God is leading them as they partner with the Charis Project.
