| Introduction | Everyone has influence... everyone. The question is, what are you doing with your influence? Catalyst, our leadership development project, is a ministry that seeks to develop the natural and God given influence in a student’s life and train them how to use it. Contrary to common belief, we don’t believe leaders are people with power or even a following. We believe leaders are people who know their influence and how to use it their individual spheres of life and who seek to flex that influence in a way that allows them to serve and lead others to become all they were created to be in Jesus. Catalyst is our most time demanding ministry and should not be entered into lightly. |
| Interests | getting involved in the church & our community. Requirements to be in Catalyst: 1. Have to be willing to serve God 2. Have to be willing to serve others 3. Have to be in a small group What we do in Catalyst: - Meet with your small group weekly - Attend the "All Catalyst" meetings on the last Sunday of the month. - Get involved in helping serve in ministries within Little Country Church. - Get involved in serving the community in different ways: at least once a month Catalyst is all about growing closer to God together with a group of people in what it means to be a follower of Christ. |
