Introduction I am a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, graduating with High Honors. I have worked under highly acclaimed chefs, in Four Diamond Hotels and Five Star Restaurants. I have also worked in the kitchen of local chain restaurants, as well as in hospitals and schools. Whether cooking for banquets of 200+ people, sweating over the grill to prepare the perfect steak, or ensuring that patients and students receive healthy yet delicious food, I strive for perfection. I work hard for my money and hate when I take my family out to eat and feel I have been cheated. There is nothing worse than food that is not cooked properly, served poorly or is not worth the price.
