| Introduction | Dr. Spickard has served in education since 1997 and served as a middle school principal for 15 years. Shanna was an active member of MEMSPA (past president) and NAESP (state rep). In addition, she was an adjunct professor at CUAA for six years and is a nationally certified NAESP mentor and trainer. Shanna speaks around the state and country on education leadership topics. Her education includes a doctorate and specialist in education leadership, a master's degree in communication, and two bachelor's degrees in both education and communication. Shanna is extremely honored to take on her new role serving as DeWitt Public Schools Superintendent starting the 21-22 school year. |
