| Introduction | I am the Knowledge Network Manager for the Alberta Land-use Knowledge Network, under contract with the Foothills Research Institute, Hinton, Alberta, Canada. I worked for 9 years as a knowledge management coach to a 1000 person department of agriculture in the Government of Alberta, Canada. I promoted collaboration tools, communities of practice and Alberta Agriculture's knowledge library, its website, Ropin' the Web. Before that I was an environmental engineer leading work units in water quality monitoring, water conservation and education. |
