| Introduction | I am a semi-retired, married senior citizen, who was born and raised in Omaha, NE. I have been back in the USA, after living and teaching in China, for 3 1/2 years. My interests include and Old Yang (Yang Lu Chan) Tai Chi Chuan (see www.taichi-fighting.co.uk). Tai Chi is a martial art, a system of Qi Gong, and a system of self healing. You can't only practice the health side of Tai Chi, to gain it's great benefits. You must practice all parts of Tai Chi for many years, and a daily basis, to gain these benefits. I have serious doubts and questions about the Judeo/Christian/Islamic religious traditions and beliefs of these systems of belief, all with their roots in Jerusalem. |
