Introduction	The Wolds of the East Riding of Yorkshire are my playground and I'm happy with that! My old blog covered my journey from being a mostly road based runner who ran the odd fell, trail race and dabbled with ultra-trail. Now I feel I've got my foot in the door of the fantastic world of walking and running the trails, fells and mountains.
