| Introduction | I grew up in downtown Las Vegas. I miss the old Vegas-the one where I could ride horseback from my back yard and go all the way up to the mountains without being stopped by subdivisions made out of ticky-tack. I guess you never miss what you've got til it's gone. I only wish I'd gotten more photos of the Vegas that's gone-to document the way it was before everything was covered over or imploded. I'm starting this blog as a reminder that it's never too late. I'll start from the current place and time to document Las Vegas-in all it's various incarnations. |
