| Introduction | I have always enjoyed cooking, but when I became a mother and started a battle with food sensitivities, cooking became a passion. There are a lot of frustrations that come along with food sensitivities, but I would not trade this journey for anything! It has taught me more about nutrition than I ever thought I could know! And now, I get to teach my son to appreciate a whole foods diet! He has developed quite the pallet already at 2 1/2 and loves to help me out in the kitchen and the garden! This journey has also taken my gardening to new levels and I hope to be as self sustainable as possible someday. My newest venture is becoming a consultant for a local company, Meals in a Minute, that recently launched a line of allergy free, gourmet, cooking products that are incredibly clean and wonderfully delicious.
