| Introduction | I am a semi-empty nester. I successfully raised one child who is now away at college. I always considered myself a fairly budget minded person, mainly buying on sale and in the off season. I was an occasional coupon user. I started couponing heavily when I realized I needed to maximize my earnings yet not live like a hermit. Once I started, I was hooked. CVS and Harris Teeter are goldmines for me. I regularly get free items and once netted $76 worth of groceries for only $4!! Now I can never go back. The idea of paying the prices you used to pay becomes insane once you realize how low prices can be when you shop effectively. My pantry is always full and there is enough remaining to give to others. Looking forward to sharing tips and successes with all. |
