Introduction	I'm just a small town girl...living in a lonely world.... Wait, no...I'm a MAN living in a lonely world. What was I thinking? I am currently in the process of changing my life for the better. Through the use of this blog and my YouTube vlog to provide a personal weekly update of my progress, I intend on losing weight, gaining muscle, and becoming the healthiest me I can be.
