| Introduction | Monk of the tradition of the Himalayan masters. Initiated in meditation by Swami Rama in 1986, and as a swami in 1993. Lived in Rishikesh, Himalayas, India from 1994 to 2001. Presently based in Florida, USA. Also on teaching faculty of Sadhana Mandir Ashram in India (sadhanamandir.org) Committed to presenting the ancient most path of Self-Realization in simple, understandable and beneficial ways, while not compromising quality or depth. The tradition encompasses all of the yogas, including jnana, karma, bhakti, raja, laya, kundalini, kriya, and tantra yoga practices. The diverse practices of Yoga, Vedanta, and Tantra are seen to complement one another, like fingers on a hand, systematically leading one to the direct experience of the center of consciousness.
