| Introduction | Hello! My name is Emily and my primary passion is music. I perform in weddings and other special events as a viola soloist or in string quartets. I currently attend California Baptist University and am pursuing a degree in music education. Before going away to college I held the position of principal violist in the Inland Valley Symphony. I have just recently started using my artistic abilities in the area of cake decorating and over the past five years I have been perfecting my sugar crafting techniques.
