| Introduction | Food is the fuel of our bodies. Ever think about the reality of the comment "You are what you eat"? Now what have you eaten this week? I'm not a dietitian, or posting about special diets. I'm helping people learn to eat and cook real food from local sources, to include the grocery stores. You have to stop eating fast food and eat out less. Turn off the TV and spend a little time in the kitchen with the family. As you get "re-introduced" to your family, you will have a great meal on the table in no time, to enjoy together. This is important for your physical health as well as your relationship with your family. What are the results? Not promising to lose weight (if you eat to much of anything and don't exercise, it will make you bigger). What will happen is you will be healthier, it just happens. You are what you eat. |
