Introduction	My husband was managing a ranch in Oklahoma but had hopes of relocating to New Mexico. I was longing for adventure at this point in my life & encouraged him to explore the possibilities. We were contacted by a ranch in New Mexico, went for a visit, and soon afterwards, made the move. A whole new world exposed itself to me. It was a good thing I enjoyed the outdoors, ranching, and living in remote areas as I now found myself 65 miles from the nearest place to buy gas or a coke.
