| Introduction | I am a complex, independent, quirky & ever curious spiritual being endeavoring to make the most of my human experience. I don't do small talk, but do take every opportunity to get down to the really meaty subjects. I believe that we are all here to fulfill a purpose which unfolds as our true selves emerge from beneath the hypnosis of social conditioning to embrace our inner spirit & personal compass. I have many passions which keep me company along my journey - Will (husband & best friend); Liam (son & soul expander); the animal kingdom in general; an assortment of creative explorations; and, of course, metaphysical musings! My life has been blessed with many fascinating & inspiring friends who tend to inhabit (and sometimes cling very tentatively to) the fringes of mainstream life. Boring is not for me - give me outrageous, outspoken, & unfiltered individuals and I am right at home. I have two blogs - one devoted to food & the other more of a metaphysical and spiritual conversation. Of course, I cannot guarantee that one blog will not bleed into the other as I meander along the keyboard of life, but you, dear reader, are a most welcome guest along this journey! |
