| Introduction | I write to connect stories from both work and life — drawing on my experiences as a CHRO, a parent, a mentor, and often just an observer of people. My blogs are not about textbook frameworks, but about practical, holistic, and experiential perspectives that emerge from everyday moments. Sometimes, it’s a young colleague asking, “Why do we do things this way?” Other times, it’s my daughter teasing me that Pink Floyd is “boring” because it’s not her generation’s music. These anecdotes remind me that learning doesn’t come only from boardrooms or strategy decks — it comes from conversations, failures, parenting debates, and even late-night reflections. We now live in a BANI world — brittle, anxious, non-linear, integrated — and I believe resilience, perspective, and curiosity are the traits that will carry us through. My writing aims to blend abstract ideas with real-life stories to spark thought, reflection, and maybe even a smile. At its heart, my blog is about one belief: we never stop being students of life. |
