| Introduction | I have lived in 4 different continents in the past 15 years and have finally come back to Australia for (hopefully) good! Having raised four healthy, happy children I want to share my joy for good, quality cooking that is still easy to prepare. I am appalled by the teen fascination and addiction to MacDonalds and other fast food outlets and dread to think of what all these burgers and chips do to the insides of these young people. If only they knew how easy it is to prepare a wholesome meal and how much better you feel for it-be it after the meal or long term! I am an Australian qualified Naturopath, have worked as a nutritional consultant in HK and used my natural approach on food in particular successfully on family and friends over many years. |
