Introduction	Hi, I kind of live in two worlds. (well probably more, but that's another story!) In one life, I work as an executive coach, organizational effectiveness consultant and leadership trainer and also enjoy sharing my stories as international speaker and writer. In my other life, I am an adventurer, a traveller, a pilot and a professional sailor and yacht skipper. I bring my experience of the two lives together in my work under www.sail7cs.com. Through Sail7Cs, I teach and coach in the metaphor of "Life is a voyage we live but once”. Its about: “How do we build the capacity to set sail for the success of which we dream?” Presently, my partner Irena and I are working and sailing our Oyster 48 Sailboat around the world. Sailing from Vancouver six years ago, we have been to: California - French Polynesia - Cook Islands - Nuie - Tonga - Fiji - Vanuatu - New Zealand - Australia - Bali - Malaysia - Thailand - Singapore. Next is Indonesia, Mauritus and South Africa.
