| Introduction | I am always trying innovative new ways of working with colored pencil and new surfaces in which to working on. My ideas and inspiration comes from every day life, my travels and life experiences. And there are so many more journeys to take and things to be learned. Please follow my blog and I am always interested in receiving comments from readers! I enjoy following different blogs too and always searching for new interesting subjects. I have a BFA from Massachusetts College of Art, Boston and am a signature member of the Colored Pencil Society of America in two areas, holding a second signature membership (CPX) in the exploration of using other mediums and surfaces with colored pencil. I am also an artist member of the Art League of Rhode Island, Providence Art Club, Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club, NYC and the Artists’ Professional League, NYC. I teach classes in drawing and paper book sculptures. I authored ‘Colour Pencil Drawing Techniques & Tutorials for the Complete Beginner’ and am a contributing author in ‘Painting & Drawing Techniques and Tutorials for the Complete Beginner’ both published by GMC Publishing in London. |
