| Introduction | She's joined one of Mongolian leading universal banks in 2004. She started her professional career as a customer service manager, since has served as Product manager, Regional director, senior mortgage officer and senior microfinance officer. She currently serves as a Head of International Banking Unit at the same bank. Within her time at the bank she has introduced Customer Service Standard, Progress out of Poverty Index (PPI) and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) to track the economic, environmental and social performance of the Bank's clients. Additionally, she led the Kiva project, therefore successfully raised over 1 million dollars of fund in partnering with Kiva, Internationally recognized NGO in its first year of cooperation. Beyond her professional career, she serves several NGO's to make her contribution to the society. The major area to be focused on is to support needy elders and kids, as well as stray dogs cats those suffer from hunger, severe injury and a damaged psychology. She holds BA and MA degrees. |
