| Introduction | At 24 I made the brave decision to put my entrepreneurial spirit to the test by creating a communications company in competition to Telstra. After a David and Goliath battle, I managed to retire just 10 years later. Retirement almost drove me (and my wife) crazy and so I took up a challenge to turn around one of Australias biggest hospitality companies from a million dollar loss to a profitable thriving business, something we achieved within 12 months a built on every years for the next 6 years.
