| Introduction | I am the father of 10 children and have two grandchildren. I am married to the love of my life. I am an optometrist, a runner, and a ham radio operator. I am originally from Butte, Montana, and I love the outdoors. My wife, Catherine, and I were both raised in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Our families instilled in our hearts faith in God and a love for our Savior Jesus Christ. My faith, testimony, and love of the scriptures were increased enormously during my two-year service in the New Zealand Auckland Mission from July 1993 to July 1995. Catherine and I are now doing our best to share our faith with our children and those around us. Writing this blog is my attempt to ponder the path of my own feet (Proverbs 4:26).
