Introduction	BLOGGER-IN-CHIEF Edwin Pagán is a New York-based filmmaker, cinematographer, screenwriter and cultural activist. He's served as a Board member of the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP) and president of its New York chapter. Program Manager at Black Filmmaker Foundation. Currently developing a long-form documentary chronicling the arson-for-hire insurance fraud fires that nearly destroyed the South Bronx during the 1970s and the residents and activists who forged the alliances that helped re-develop the region, entitled BRONX BURNING.
