| Introduction | I recently graduated with a Bachelors of Science from the University of Maryland - College Park with High Honors in Ecology and Evolution. Like most recent graduates, I'm currently job hunting, but, in the meantime, I'm taking this opportunity to teach myself and anyone who's willing to learn about climate change and how it affects the marine environment. And, even more particularly, why we should care. This blog is my attempt to address the lack of good public information about climate change and the oceans and I hope it will provide an easy-to-read, informative source for all viewers. In the fall, my husband and I will be moving to the San Francisco Bay area where I hope to find a job and a PhD program that will allow me to combine my interest in research with my passion for preserving the health of our oceans. |
