| Introduction | I am a male of age 26 that has struggled with mental illness and self-harm. I am here to share my story and contribute to awareness about mental health, anxiety, depression, and self-harm.
Did you know 1 in 4 people deal with mental illness and we can be just as productive and friendly like anyone else? Many are our friends, neighbors, and the professionals we work with. Eight years ago I was diagnosed with major depression and since then have become very self aware and made excellent progress in recovery. My goal is to provide inspiration through my own experiences to help others. I hope to help others and inform the world about the truth. My journey has been a roller coaster but time and time again I get through it. There is hope and we are all in this world together so let's support one another. |
