| Introduction | This blog is about the adventures of me and my husband Chris Skiles, our life and health and nutritional information by myself, a certified health and nutrition expert. We will be married for one year October 9! We met in Houston, lived and worked there for awhile, then Chris got a great job on Maui. We lived on Maui for about two years as he was the Art Director of MauiTime and I worked at The Grand Wailea. Then Chris got a great opportunity here in Seattle as Associate Art Director for Seattle Met Magazine. We are enjoying living our lives together and look forward to what life (or city) we'll be in next! |
