| Introduction | Samantha Christy is a romance writer and has been since 2014. Her works are beginning to get noticed and one of her books, Abstract Love, was a top finalist in the 2015 National Excellence in Romance Writing contest which was mind-blowing for her. Despite her penchant for writing romance, she doesn't necessary like to watch it on TV. Some of her favorite shows include The Walking Dead, The Last Ship, and Orange is the New Black. Even though she's been a Florida resident for over 17 years, she's a die-hard Husker fan, having grown up in the Midwest and having graduated from the University of Nebraska. And if she HAD to pick a pro team - Colts all the way (she was coerced into saying that by her friends in Indy). She generally suffers from post-football depression during the month of January. Before becoming a stay-at-home-mom, she dabbled in a few careers that will never see the light of day in her romance novels because they are so mundane (leasing agent, travel agent, computer analyst). Samantha Christy lives in the oldest (and best) city in the U.S., St. Augustine, Florida, with her husband and four children. |
