| Introduction | brought up a fundamentalist, taught by people in the subculture using Bob Jones University material. Was heavily involved with American Evangelicalism, and separatist Pentacostal ideals, esp. regarding the rapture event. Lately begins to see that biblical inerrancy is faulty and indefensible, so I am trying other methods. I know biblical Hebrew, and some Aramaic/Syriac, so my biblical texts and interpretation always varies from these'orthodox' folks. I am borderline deist and non-theistic Christian, considering other faiths such as Buddhism or simply gardening/farming. I love transgender people, esp. my friend Julie who recently passed. |
