Location	San Francisco to Las Vegas, CA/NV
Introduction	I am a visual merchandiser for Escada, a luxury clothing line based out of Munich, Germany. I am based in New York City and travel to the west coast to perform my duties. As a visual merchandiser I am in charge of the look of the stores for my region. Upon arrival I get straight to business and begin the makeover. Changing the look of the store not only incorporates changing the mannequins into clothing from the next season, or placing handbags and shoes where they will catch attention, but also teaching the sales associates about the different fabrics that were used to create the new seasons collection, where these fabrics came from, why these fabrics are so special, and how to sell the product to the consumers. Fashion is a constantly changing industry as a certain style may be in this season, but completely looked down upon next season. Fashions may fade, but style is forever. My name is Rachel Alviar and i'm fashion savvy with a calling in high end luxury fashion retail.
